Team members can revoke permissions in Dropbox Replay by disabling existing shared links.

Team members can manage view and comment permissions directly in Dropbox Replay in each media file’s share settings.However, this list won’t include sharing via links. If you choose to allow sharing externally, you can view a list of the top email address domains that your team is sending files to in the insights dashboard.

Off (team only): Team members can only share with people who are on the team.

On (team + approved): Team members can only share with people who are on the team and people on the team’s approved list.

If this setting is Off, your team doesn’t have access to Dropbox Replay.

On (anyone): Team members can share with both people who are on the team and people who aren’t on the team.

However, if you're recipients inadvertently delete your files and you don't login to your Dropbox account until the 31st day then your folders/files are permanently removed from their servers. You can recover deleted files but that's only available for 30-days unless you have a pro account with extended version history (or a Dropbox Business plan). However, don't forget to do so otherwise you're risking possible file deletions.

If you have a pro or business account then you can enable view only permissions.

I don't use a collaborative folder for sharing pictures/videos solely because recipients could unwittingly delete our irreplaceable digital photos ( I don't have negatives to rely upon as a backup).

Please use extreme caution when sharing a collaborative folder because it not only allows your recipients to add or edit files, it also permits them to delete your folders and/or files.
